Return and Refund Policy

Any product purchased more than 30 days ago cannot be returned except in exceptional cases.

Axles are final sales, no returns, no refunds will be issued, unless there is a manufacturing defect of the manufacturer with evidence in photos.

Merchandise returns must be made with an authorization number, to obtain an RMA number, please contact us at 450 994-1199.

Groupe.Expert may require the customer to send us photos of the item and/or packaging before issuing an RMA number.

The return must be made within ten (10) working days of receipt of the RMA otherwise the RMA will be cancelled.

The return shipment will be prepared and paid for by the customer

The item must be returned to us with the original packaging, the dimensions of the boxes must be appropriate and your items must be properly protected.

Only items will be refunded and not the initial shipping costs.

All returned products will be inspected and Groupe.Expert reserves the right to refuse a return of a product which, at its sole discretion, does not meet its return criteria. Examples: misuse, improper installation, use not recommended by the manufacturer, if you have attempted to modify and/or repair the item.

Any product modified and returned without the written authorization of Groupe.Expert, will be automatically refused and returned to the customer, at his expense.

Merchandise under warranty

Credit to the account, repair, or replacement according to the manufacturer’s warranties following the inspection of the defective product.

The nature of the defect of the product must be specified on the return request.

If no defect is identified with the returned product, Groupe.Expert will inform the customer and return the product, at the customer's expense, within the following days. If the customer refuses delivery or requests that the product not be returned to him within the specified period, Groupe.Expert reserves the right to keep the product as well as the amount paid for the purchase of said product. All applicable shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

If Groupe.Expert accepts the return of a defective product, Groupe.Expert's liability will be limited to the selling price of that product. For the sake of clarity, Groupe.Expert will not be responsible for labor costs related to the installation and/or uninstallation of a defective product, nor for repairs to any property, notwithstanding that they are required because of damage caused by the defective product.

Special order

A special order cannot be cancelled once ordered.

No returns or refunds for a special order will be accepted.

Any special order is a final sale.
